作為一位富有創(chuàng)新精神、充滿激情的餐飲專家,馮偉擁有30余年國際高端酒店管理及運(yùn)營的經(jīng)驗(yàn),曾先后任職于上海威斯汀大飯店,興國賓館,和平飯店,三亞安納塔拉度假酒店,上海凱賓斯基大酒店和上海素凱泰酒店。深入研習(xí)多國菜肴及烹飪技巧,根植中餐特色,又將西餐精髓巧妙融入,對(duì)于中西餐,東南亞的烹飪以及各種融合料理有著非常豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn),形成鮮明的自我風(fēng)格。
作為上海金普頓前灘酒店的餐飲及酒吧總監(jiān),馮偉將全面負(fù)責(zé)餐飲及酒吧的管理工作,包括酒店內(nèi)充滿時(shí)尚且各具活力的一間餐廳和兩間酒吧,以及宴會(huì)活動(dòng)的運(yùn)營。同時(shí),也將著力餐飲和廚房團(tuán)隊(duì)的指導(dǎo)與培訓(xùn),他的加入將助力上海金普頓前灘酒店引領(lǐng)酒店業(yè)餐飲新標(biāo)桿。
憑借其豐富的社交資源,馮偉也是上海電視臺(tái)家喻戶曉廚藝節(jié)目中的常駐嘉賓,如《瘋狂的冰箱》,《瘋狂食驗(yàn)室》,《拜托了煮夫》,在上海市場積聚了眾多人氣。曾參與芒果TV美食巨制《尚食》和《珍饈記》,擔(dān)任美食廚藝總指導(dǎo),是酒店業(yè)內(nèi)頗受歡迎的熒幕星級(jí)主廚。近兩年獲得中國橄欖餐廳“年度新銳名廚”,“年度實(shí)力名廚”,并多次被大酒店傳媒授予“年度影響力廚師”以及“年度最具號(hào)召力大廚獎(jiǎng)”。

As an innovative and passionate culinarian, Duncan boasts over 30 years of experience in international luxury hotel management and operations. He has held key positions at renowned establishments such as The Westin Shanghai, Radisson Plaza XingGuo Hotel, Sanya Annatara Hotel & Resort, Grand Kempinski Hotel Shanghai and most recently The Sukhothai Shanghai. With deep expertise in diverse cuisines and culinary techniques, he skillfully blends the essence of Western cuisine with the distinct characteristics of Chinese gastronomy. His extensive experience spans Chinese, Western, and Southeast Asian cuisines, as well as fusion dishes, forging a distinctive personal style.
As the Director of Restaurants, Bars and Events Duncan will have total control of all food & beverage and culinary functions. The F&B operations, include the hotel’s vibrant restaurant and two stylish bars, as well as banquet and event management. He is also dedicated to mentoring and training the culinary and service teams. His leadership will elevate Kimpton Qiantan Shanghai to set new benchmarks in the hospitality industry.
Leveraging his extensive network, Duncan is a frequent guest on popular SMG cooking shows such as “Crazy Fridge”, “Crazy Food Lab”, and “Come on, Chef”, earning widespread recognition in the Shanghai market. He served as the culinary director for major productions like “Royal Feast” and “Delicacies Destiny” on Mango TV, establishing himself as a celebrated celebrity chef in the industry. In recent years, he has been honoured with titles such as "Rising Star Chef of the Year" and "Master Chef of the Year" by Ganlan Restaurant Awards, as well as "Most Influential Chef of the Year" and "Most Inspirational Chef of the Year" by Grand Hotels Media.
