王進超女士擁有超過二十五年的酒店從業經驗，自2010年加入希爾頓集團并擔任商務總監以來，便開啟了其在集團的職業旅程。她的足跡遍及廣州等多個核心市場，并自2016年起出任總經理，2021 年晉升為希爾頓福建區域總經理，成為集團內為數不多的中國籍女性區域總經理之一。

Hilton Hotels & Resorts has officially appointed Ms. Alice Wang as the General Manager of Hilton Shanghai City Center, where she will be fully responsible for the hotel’s overall operations and management.
Ms. Wang brings with her over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She began her journey with Hilton in 2010 as Commercial Director and has since held leadership roles across several key markets, including Guangzhou. In 2016, she was appointed General Manager and was promoted in 2021 to Area General Manager of Fujian, becoming one of the few Chinese female Area GMs within Hilton.
Throughout her tenure, Ms. Wang has demonstrated sharp market insight and an efficient, pragmatic leadership style. Under her guidance, teams have consistently delivered strong revenue performance and high guest satisfaction. Her expertise in brand synergy, talent development, and owner relations has significantly enhanced Hilton’s reputation and influence in local markets.
